Our Fairness Policy

Fair to You & Fair to Us

As a small business we dislike having terms & conditions, but to protect ourselves from the minority of people who think its ok to instruct us & then change their mind after we have spent hours on their work we now have this policy.

1.      At the start of any instruction and before we begin any work we will ask you to  make a full payment in the Pay Zone, by paying on a credit or debit card you are fully protected against loss, your drafts will be sent to you within 48 hours of your payment.

2.     We prefer instructions emailed to us at rwastneots@fastmail.co.uk to ensure we have correct name spellings.

4.     It is YOUR responsibility to confirm drafts are as you wish or notify us ASAP of corrections or changes required.

All Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney are delivered to you either 24-hour Royal Mail Tracked or personally hand delivered to your address by me. We don’t send draft LPAs as the documents are easier to read when in your hand, so we are extremely careful to get them 100% correct first time.
